Data preparation
Normalize agreed columns, formats, labels, and missing-value rules for a recurring survey workflow.
Survey operations / traceable by design
A fixed-scope service for small research, consulting, training, and marketing teams that spend too much time cleaning data, coding open-ended responses, and rebuilding recurring report drafts.
Service scope
The goal is not to remove judgment. It is to remove repeatable handling while preserving the points where a researcher must review assumptions and exceptions.
Normalize agreed columns, formats, labels, and missing-value rules for a recurring survey workflow.
Apply an approved codebook, surface ambiguous responses, and preserve a review queue for human decisions.
Produce consistent tables, charts, and narrative placeholders from a documented template, with checks attached.
Working controls
Every pilot starts with a written input inventory, acceptance checks, and a decision about which data can be handled safely.
Initial demonstrations use synthetic or properly anonymized data. Sensitive source files are not requested until handling terms are agreed.
The expected output, review owner, and pass conditions are written before implementation starts.
Low-confidence coding and malformed records are routed for review instead of silently forced into a result.
A workflow is standardized only after repeated paid work shows that the same inputs, controls, and outputs recur.
